SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping terms and conditions for purchases made from the online store operated by Sink or Swim Entertainment LLC (“Sink or Swim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship orders within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the United States may be cancelled at our sole discretion.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During periods of high demand, product launches, or live event merchandise releases, processing times may be extended.

PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, certain items may be offered for purchase on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are available for advance purchase. Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order items will be indicated on the product page when available.

If an order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available. We do not guarantee split shipments unless otherwise specified.

Pre-order shipping timelines are estimates only and may be subject to change based on production schedules, manufacturing timelines, or other factors outside of our control.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped using reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other comparable carriers selected at our discretion.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout where available.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the shipment.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or other logistical disruptions.

Sink or Swim Entertainment LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking number provided.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Sink or Swim Entertainment LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request delivery confirmation.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

Sink or Swim Entertainment LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

ORDER ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sinkorswimclub@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist in resolving the matter.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Sink or Swim Entertainment LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
