All merchandise sold through this store is official artist merchandise from Sink or Swim Entertainment LLC.
All sales are final.
Due to the limited nature of artist merchandise and small production runs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items once an order has been placed.

Preorder items
Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis, meaning the item is purchased in advance of its availability.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Shipping Issues
Sink or Swim Entertainment LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
